Causes of forklift failure and Solutions
1. When the forklift is working, there is a serious oil leakage at the oil return pipe of the lifting oil cylinder and it will drop automatically
Troubleshooting: the oil seal between lifting cylinder and piston rod is damaged. Troubleshooting: replacement of oil seal can be eliminated, but in the process of installation, the oil seal is often damaged because the installer cannot master the installation methods and skills. It is suggested to make a fixed ring with movable hard iron sheet to cover the oil seal during installation, clamp the movable part with pliers and send it into the cylinder barrel, so as to avoid the waste caused by oil seal damage, and the movable iron sheet ring can be used repeatedly to save and reduce consumption.
2. During forklift operation, the lifting of piston rod of left and right lifting cylinders is not synchronous
Troubleshooting: expansion of nylon guide sleeve between lifting cylinder and piston rod. Troubleshooting: during the installation, the nylon guide sleeve shall be adjusted properly, and the nylon guide sleeve shall be sawed off by a hacksaw for 3mm, so as to have a certain opening clearance and ensure the expansion coefficient, so that the above faults will not be caused during the use.
